Shall I Be Silent?

What does it mean to be silent?
Does it mean that we are scared?
Does it mean we just want to not get involved?
Does it mean we know best and we do not want to let it out to be complicated?

Sometimes silence is best. I have known that sometimes it is better to say nothing at all than saying the truth out. It does not mean we are lying. It is just that we are not telling the truth. Today with a conversation with a friend, I told myself to stay silent because somethings are better left unsaid. Yes you might regret not saying it someday. No one will ever know what is best but you at that certain time. All you can do is trust yourself and do what your heart tells you.

Good day everyone. Till next time....

Fly Birds Fly

Thousand Origami Cranes (千羽鶴 Senbazuru) is a group of one thousand origami paper cranes (折鶴 orizuru) held together by strings. An ancient Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish by the gods. Some stories believe you are granted happiness and eternal good luck, instead of just one wish, such as long life or recovery from illness or injury. This makes them popular gifts for special friends and family. The crane in Japan is one of the mystical or holy creatures (others include the dragon and the tortoise) and is said to live for a thousand years: That is why 1000 cranes are made, one for each year. In some stories it is believed that the 1000 cranes must be completed within one year and they must all be made by the person who is to make the wish at the end. (Wikipedia)

So... 1000 origami cranes in a year? That is not too hard is it? I have a jar in my room that I filled with glitter and paper cranes a few months back. A Japanese friend of mine asked me why I didn't try to make 1000 cranes. I did say that I would do it someday. I just did not have the time because of school and exams. Now that I am done with my exams, I plan to make my 1000 origami cranes. We shall see how it goes because one wish means a whole lot.
 Well till next time...

Back To Government School

Well... I had my primary and secondary school in a malaysian government school and you have no idea how much that made me how I am today. No skills that I have now would be here without it.  That does not mean my last 2 years of high school in an international school did not leave me with any new skills. It truly did but who can ignore the 11 years in government school right?

A few days ago, I turned on the TV and saw an advertisement of a new anime that they are going to start next week. It is called  classroom of the elite. The first thing I told myself was "I have to watch this" but then I realised that I can only watch 2 episodes a week that way. So here comes the power of the internet!!! I googled it and there it was. The whole season. At this moment I have only watched the first episode (I have a life so yeah). I will be watching the next episode soon. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

Another thing that I did today was actually sitting down and doing primary 5 maths without a calculator. I was actually surprised that I got it all right and I actually remember how to do all the calculations with what we used to call standard written method! IT has been like 7 years since I last did my calculations solely with that method! Well I  have to train myself to do it if I want to teach others right? Well I gotta go now. Sleep is important ya'll.

Do anteaters have wings?

"Do anteaters have wings?"
I actually said that. See this is why some people say when you have studied too much, you forget the simple stuff. I am sure some of you has had this experience. you get back your exam papers and get all those tough questions right and somehow 1+3 = 5. It happens sometimes but that is alright. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. It happens to anyone and everyone.  just take it easy, have a laugh and carry on. mistakes happen and it is up to you to learn from it but don't forget to have a laugh when it happens too. life is just too short to be serious about everything and not have a little fun while you are at it. Well, till next time.
